We are currently open Monday to Friday, 46 weeks a year. - at both of our settings. We have two settings; Upton, near Aylesbury and Kingston Blount, near Chinnor.
We close for two weeks at Christmas, one week at Easter and for three weeks during the summer holidays.
We pride ourselves on excellent staff to pupil ratios. We have a limited number of places available at any one time. We are registered to take children from age 2 years old.
We are able to accept 2, 3 and 4 year old government funding. Please see our admissions policy for details on funding and use of taxfree childcare vouchers.

Snack and tea is provided at both settings and included in the cost. We ask parents to provide a packed lunch for their child.
Full days are booked and paid for in advance.
All payments are paid via bank transfer.
Voluntary Chargeable Extras ("Enhanced Experience")
Government funding covers the delivery of standard, high-quality care and education under the EYFS. It is not intended to cover the costs of meals, non-food consumables, or specialist extra-curricular activities.
To maintain our unique Forest School pedagogy, higher staffing ratios, and specialised outdoor environment, we offer an Enhanced Experience Package. This package covers:

Exceptional Ratios: Maintaining a 1:4 staffing ratio across all age groups (exceeding statutory 1:8 / 1:13 requirements for 3–4 year olds).

Small Group Ethos: Capped at 12 children per day.

Specialist Forest School: Daily access to specialized outdoor practitioners, tools, and equipment.

Enriched Provision: Organic snacks, specialized art/craft materials, and local excursions.
Breakdown of Charges (Voluntary)
In accordance with DfE invoicing guidelines, charges are broken down into transparent categories on your itemized monthly invoice:

Food Charges: Organic morning/afternoon snacks and specialist session drinks.

Consumables Charges: Sun cream, specialist outdoor craft resources, and forest materials.

Activities Charges: Forest School leader instruction, external workshops, and outings.
